Hi, I'm Lee!

A psychotherapist based in Toronto, working with both individuals and couples.

I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, attachment concerns, relationship challenges, and questions around sex and sexuality. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking to understand yourself more deeply, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to shift patterns that no longer feel helpful.

At the core of my work is a person-centred approach. I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship is the most important foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe to explore whatever you’re carrying—without judgment.

From there, I draw from a range of approaches depending on your needs, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Gottman Method for couples, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and somatic-based practices. I tend to work flexibly and collaboratively, tailoring sessions so they feel relevant and supportive to you.

I consider myself a very open and relational person/therapist, and I welcome curiosity! If you have questions about me or how I work, I’m always happy to talk about it! Occasionally, my dog Sonny may make a guest appearance in session, but he too is warm, calm, and (importantly) completely non-judgmental.

Outside of the therapy room, I love cooking, doing arts and crafts, and going to comedy shows. I deeply believe that laughter is an important part of both healing and living well—so while we’ll absolutely make space for the hard things, I believe there is often room for lightness and humour too!

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin!
